該生產(chǎn)線是將一定寬的金屬卷料中厚板在板寬方向縱剪成多條所需寬度的帶材并進(jìn)行成品工件的卷取的成套 設(shè)備。
由上料小車、開卷機(jī)、壓引-牽引-粗校、過(guò)渡臺(tái)、對(duì)中裝置、縱剪主機(jī)、活套、阻尼預(yù)分料、收卷機(jī)、卸料小 車、液壓-氣動(dòng)-電氣控制控制系統(tǒng)等組成。
通過(guò)更換與排列不同規(guī)格的刀片隔套，可縱剪成不同寬度成品工件。
可根據(jù)客戶的需求要及生產(chǎn)線的工藝與配置實(shí)際需要，另外選配料頭剪、廢邊卷取裝置等裝置。 | |

This line is a complete equipment for slitting to strip by corresponding width of metal work, and recoil the finished working piece.
It consists of feeding car, uncoiler, pressing-traction-rough level, transition table, centering device, slitting machine, loop, pre-material damping, recoiler, unloading car, hydraulic-pneumatic-electric control system etc.
Through change and arrange of the different specification blade spacer or moving blade seat, can slit to different width working piece.
Can according to customer* s request or need of production to choose optional head-cutter, waste recoil device, etc. | |
